He’s a comedian, so there’s humor and lightness, but he also knows when to be direct and serious—it’s a perfect balance. Feels like getting the news from a smart, funny friend who just gets it. Highly recommend!

Updating my review. I’ve been listening to the rush for over a year. I became a fan from the Clayton fraud case from reality Steve. The rush is now my favorite podcast. I go here first, then I listen to the daily/NPR, etc. Dave is great, his views are the same as mine, he’s also very fair with his reporting and come at everything w care and consideration. I found Dave from Baldoni vs Lively, but I’ll stay for his political commentary. Sometimes I don’t want to hear the politics, but I know I need to hear it. He’s not quite as left wing as I’d like, but I do think he’s very fair in his views.

I used to enjoy listening to the rush-hour for Dave’s take on entertainment and celebrities and reality TV. But now I really enjoy listening to Dave’s political commentary, which usually puts at the end of every podcast because he has become my explainer in chief. Best tariff explanation ever.

Listening to the rush hour podcast and watching your videos has become a part of my daily routines. Dave is one of the most open minded media hosts there is out there. Through a fairly unbiased and comedic lenses, Dave discusses pop culture, national and international events and politics.

I like the variety of topics you cover. I like listening to the political topics you cover. I would love, though, to have one show where you do not discuss the Blake/Justin drama! There are way too many other topics more pertinent to the average listener, especially here in the Midwest.

Like the corporate media, you regurgitate the same lefty propaganda. All this mention of the evil diabolical Elon and the $ he has spent in Wisconsin but not a single sentence about how Soros et al have outspent the GOP 100x in that state’s race. Now I know you will look it up because you had no idea but that only highlights your incompetence. Just another of the same voice. Perhaps you should listen to Zack Peter and ask for his advice on researching topics before repeating the same stuff heard on The View on a daily basis.

I stumbled upon Dave back in 2021 and loved his Bachelor content. He has built a community that is supportive and welcoming. We have loved all his content and always enjoy hearing what he has to say. My cat likes trying to get Dave’s hands when he’s throwing them about. And when my partner wants to go play video games- he asks me what Dave has uploaded lately to try to get rid of me. We love you Dave! 😂

I’m a fan of Dave and his show - whatever he talks about is fun to listen to even if I don’t agree with him 100% of the time. He’s big on not attacking people who disagree with our views but to question those in power instead. Agree with his views or not, there are few creators who are as compassionate as him. I am grateful for all the content he creates, it’s a nice break from work and I appreciate his elder-millennial essence. Keep going, Dave! Our house will keep tuning in!

I’ve been watching his videos on YouTube for several years because he never attempts to persuade or divide people. Instead, he offers up a respectful, balanced view on his well-researched stories and encourages tough conversations. His episodes are never just simply his opinion, but an invitation to nuanced discussion making him a talented podcaster with well-rounded, objective content.

Dave is a sharp and entertaining comedian who covers trending topics, pop culture, news, and world events with a unique and insightful perspective. I initially started watching for his incredible coverage of the Justin Baldoni v. Blake Lively case, but I stayed for his kind and open personality. He brings humor, honesty, and fairness to every discussion. Ignore the few weird negative comments, they are completely off and untrue

How you’ve been handling this situation with Dana has been very upsetting. In general, I feel that you tend to avoid taking any accountability when problems arise. How you treated Katie Thurston after she (validly) called you out was disgusting. The only time you remotely acknowledged that was on Zach’s podcast and I believe you only did that to make yourself sound better. In that podcast you clearly were not reading the room or acknowledging the feelings of your supposed friends. You were pretty dismissive and assumed that they did not do the work to develop some sort of relationship with Taylor. Now, when you have one of those friends publicly talk about how they feel, you use your para-social relationships with your fanbase to spam your podcast with 5 star reviews. I see the Patreon and Facebook post. It’s not cool, Dave. For once admit that you messed up and apologize.

I got really hooked on his coverage of the Clayton case and although his focus has mostly moved on to BL/JB coverage, which doesn’t interest me, I appreciate how he uses his platform to speak against injustice. I really appreciate Dave’s thoughtful and fair analysis on pop culture as well as political issues.
